Its very simple. The DAC has a voltage out, so no I/V stage is needed. The output goes to a series resistor after which is a cap to ground (low pass filter) then a series cap (SMD electrolytic, not sure of the model) and on to the RCA jack. The only thing that bothers me is that electrolytic cap, it doesn't really need to be there. The voltage out from the DAC chip is already ground referenced. Without a polarizing voltage the electrolytic cap won't be working correctly. Unless its a non polar electrolytic.
