The Touch can not play WMA lossles by itself.
But if you run the server on a Windows machine it should transcode to
flac on the fly.
Do you have flac.exe installed ?
In the web-UI for squeezeboxserver settings > advanced > file types
If you scroll down a bit to:

I use a Controller various ir-remotes and a Eee-PC with squeezeplay to
