Fortunately it's angled far back so adjustment is typically to lean it further forward. It would be much more difficult to lean it back fruther and keep it stationary when you use it.
I've read here of somebody using legos and blue-tack (I used to know that as fun-tack). It would have been nice to see it made adjustable, but it would have complicated the design and probably would have been more expensive. I like the fact that there is no wiggle room what-so-ever in the stand. That would have been hard to acheive with an adjustable stand. The bail bar in the back is removable making the Touch wall mountable. I wonder if it would be possible to loosen the screws and wedge something in there to acheive a different angle without shearing the screws.
