Speaking of toasters, maybe someone should implement the infamous flying toasters screensaver for the Touch! Back on the original subject, I tend to think that a VortexBox as server and a Touch would probably be the simplest to setup and keep working long term than using the builtin server. Especially if you have a wired connection between the VortexBox and the Touch it is very easy to setup and probably has the the best likely hood of long term trouble free operation.
