Touch's inbuilt server can play Internet Radio and Music Services just fine, without needing to switch it to MySB.com. You should not need to shut down the inbuilt server for such playback.
My guess is that your Touch is having basic issues connecting to (and staying connected to) your network. What is Touch's WiFi signal strength?
