There is a bug in 7.5.0 with Apple Lossless decoding on servers so it affects all players. Upgrade to 7.5.1. and this fixes it for most users although not all and so there is a bug open requesting samples of offending files.
Native support is supposed to supported in Touch but there is a bug or performance issue with native decoder so native support is disabled by default in current versions.
