the best way to help is to be very specific with your details so that others (notably QA at Logitech but also interested users/devs) can replicate and confirm. that means including as many variables as you can (type of file, size of library, type of USB drive, number of players, sync or not). logfiles may also help if they show something. teh bug process is in a sticky http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=74846 I suspect I've experienced the same problem, but wasn't paying enough attention to confirm and its inconsistent with me. I'm having lots of other problems which may be overloading the CPU and therefore this may be another symptom but could equally be unrelated. If I capture anything I'll hunt down and add to your bug. others can add their experiences and vote.
