I'm going to take a wild guess and presume the station you are playing and want to save as a Favorite is from either the Internet Radio or RadioTime menus? If yes, both menu items are from RadioTime, and this is currently broken for their feeds. If you are playing from another stream source (ShoutCast, Live365, etc..) the "Add to Favorites" works fine from the Now Playing screen.
