Basically: - If you like to replace the VU meters in the Now Playing screen you need a repository XML + package the image in a zip in the right structure - If you only like to use it as a screen saver with Custom Clock plugin, it should be enough to post it here on the forum and point the Custom Clock configuration url to the attachment.
