That's the problem I was having with a beta Radio. If player was on beta SBS 7.4 it connected to test-MySB, but if not coming from SBS it connected to production MySB. You could temporarily change your production MySB login ID (email) to try to force Touch to only connect to test MySB, assuming it can connect at all. Are both of your MySB login ID's the same?
