Well, it would help if you said what interface you were using for the part you say is working correctly. Is that the web ui?
Anyway, to change the view on the Touch you need to change the settings on the Touch. As described earlier: Settings > Advanced > Album sort order. The same applies for all the SqueezeOS devices, including the Radio and the SB Controller. For that matter, even on the web ui, if you use a different browser or a different computer I am pretty sure that you need to change the setting each time. I think on the web ui the setting is maintained by a browser cookie, not by SBS.
