Something for the programmers to solve:

I have my Touch connected to our WLAN. After linking up with the access
point there was a message saying that DHCP was not available. Further
retries failed. 

However, I discovered that after a cold start (unplugging power) the
Touch was connected anyway. So DHCP was available, and the Touch was
working fine.

This is very confusing for users and might give them the impression the
Touch is broken.
