Just bought a new SB Touch and SB Radio to expand on my three SB-3 system. The two new units setup fine. However, the Touch has to be within about 10 feet of my wireless router to communicate. Beyond that, it is out of range. All of the other SB units are in different rooms, some on different floors, ranging from 30-70 ft from the router, and all currently show between 58% - 73% signal, while the new Touch, at 10 ft. shows about 18% signal. Is there something that I am missing with the wifi in the Touch? Any suggestions would be appreciated, before I start the return process. I guess, it could be a lemon, but it can work - up really close.
