Hello ulvi, I concur, I had the same problem yesterday. My Touch prompted me to download the latest firmware (8804). The Touch successfully installed the firmware and rebooted. I waited for the Touch to start and show the main menu. I turned on the hard drive which was detected. I then started (tiny) Squeesebox server and after about 5 seconds it failed with the message "Local music service has been stopped due to a problem." After several attempts at rebooting, reinstalling the firmware, removing the .squeezebox folder (i thought it might have been corrupt causing the server to fail) I waved the white flag and installed an older firmware. I guess this will need to be looked at. Which begs the question, when prompted to download the latest firmware, how can we choose 'No, not yet'? The only option appears to be 'OK'which starts the installation which may not be at a convenient time. The Touch is 'locked out' until the latest firmware is installed.
