There is a separate database for Album Art. Take a look at the .squeezebox/cache directory on the USB. I understand what you're saying about the scan, but I've seen reported problems after the scan with suggestions that the problem may be a music library that is too large (w/o stating what size is considered 'too large') Not looking for an exact number, but is 10,000 Flac's too large? Is 20,000?
