Most users stick with one server for all of their SB player usage, so
this all becomes a bit less confusing.
But some do switch between SBS and MySB for certain usage.

In a nutshell...comparing MySB with SBS or Touch inbuilt server.....

SBS on your computer (computer required):
- SBS actually connects to MySB in the background
- does everything that MySB will do
- is much more customizable and configurable
- can play stations not playable on MySB

Touch inbuilt server (no computer):
- also actually connects to MySB in the background
- with very few exceptions will do everything the full SBS will do
regarding MySB services

But again, Favorites on one of these three servers will not be viewable
or usable on the other two servers.
As a beginner I'd suggest sticking with the full SBS till you get more
familiar with how these things all work together. :)
