It is possible that it could have added it to a different MySB account. But remote control from MySB only works when the player is actually connected directly to MySB. So if MySB > Remote Control was correctly controlling Touch from the correct MySB account then you may be AOK. But I'm wondering if you are simply getting your servers mixed. Try these before factory reset: Move two items to your Home screen Touch > Settings > Home Menu > Switch Library and Switch to MySB >From now on, if you are connected to TinySC or SBS then the "Switch to MySB" will appear at the bottom of your Home Menu.
