Are you talking about simple power problems? Or are you suggesting that other types of problems can be attributed to the disk drive? Borderline power problems could easily cause intermittent connectivity issues, which would undoubtedly cause endless problems for SqueezeOS and TinySC. Scanning, menu navigation, playback would all be affected. I'm sure Logitech has seen drives with power problems - entries on the wiki page for known working USB devices suggests that some of the developers own a few. If you're looking for an internal mod to make drives work, figure out how to get more juice to the USB port. -- JJZolx Jim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JJZolx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79083 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
