my touch also had a dead/stuck pixel. i never noticed it from across the room so i never complained about it. however, i recently went on vacation to a cabin in the smokies and brought my touch with me. i put it back in it's original box and when i got to the cabin, the front plastic screen had some kinda junk on it that i couldn't clean off. still have no idea what it was.
