Hello and Welcome to the Forum. The TOUCH will not do any transcoding when running in TinySC Mode. IIRC, I did play some 24/96 FLAC files. I think the issue is what compression value one ripped with. Mine were all done at -5. -8 takes way to much processing power for TinySC.
