Complete server shutdown and let it trash for 15 minutes at startup
seems fix it .

On an 1,2Ghz VIA-EPIA motherboard OS is on an SSD drive.
The via cpu has fpu, but apearently not a good one it's slower than an
atom
,but fast enough to run SOX, but uses more cpu doing mp3 transcodes
than running SOX (due to low spec fpu unit). I have 1GB of RAM + swap
.
However sbs does not use more than 10% RAM ever but rather peg the cpu
at max ?
I wish I could trade in more memory usage to help the cpu
