Complete server shutdown and let it trash for 15 minutes at startup seems fix it .
Btw I'm using. Squeezebox Server Status Version: 7.6.0 - r30918 @ Fri Jun 18 03:05:00 MDT 2010 Hostname: hal.home.lan IP: 192.168.1.5 HTTP Port: 9000 OS: Red Hat - EN - utf8 Platform: i686-linux Perl Version: 5.8.8 - i686-linux-thread-multi Database Version: DBD::SQLite 1.29 (sqlite 3.6.22) Total Players Recognized: 3 Library Statistics Total Tracks: 24,037 Total Albums: 1,920 Total Artists: 946 Total Genres: 175 Total Playing Time: 1877:02:28 On an 1,2Ghz VIA-EPIA motherboard OS is on an SSD drive. The via cpu has fpu, but apearently not a good one it's slower than an atom ,but fast enough to run SOX, but uses more cpu doing mp3 transcodes than running SOX (due to low spec fpu unit). I have 1GB of RAM + swap . However sbs does not use more than 10% RAM ever but rather peg the cpu at max ? I wish I could trade in more memory usage to help the cpu -- Mnyb -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J and assorted amps SiriuS, Classe'Primare and Dynadio speakers (including a pair of Contour 4 ) Bedroom/Office: Boom Kitchen: SB3 + powered Fostex PM0.4 Miscellaneous use: Radio (with battery) I use a Controller various ir-remotes and a Eee-PC with squeezeplay to control this ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79782 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
