It's enabled already. There are five different Now Playing screens - you just need to cycle through them by either touching the middle of the screen or pressing Now Playing on the remote (you'll get the larger sized font versions of the screens if you use the remote). The screens: 1. Artwork and Text 2. Artwork Only 3. Text Only 4. Spectrum Analyzer 5.
