If you have an external server you can upgrade that to 7.6, then when you connect the Touch to it it will automatically upgrade the firmware. Alternatively you can go to: http://update.slimdevices.com/update/firmware/7.6.0/ and download fab4.bin. Put this on a USB stick or SD card, plug into the Touch and reboot. Then go to the update firmware page and you should have an option for updating from media, select this and it will load the new firmware (including the internal server). Just make sure that you either delete the whole .Squeezebox directory on the disk, or do a clear and rescan. Deleting .Squeezebox is probably a safer bet. 7.6 is supposed to have a whole new artwork implementation, so it might fix things.
