So, let me see if I understand this:
-  your Receiver was registered to your MySB account
-  you sold that Receiver
-  you never deleted (unregistered) your sold Receiver from your MySB
account
-  you log into the same MySB account you were using with your sold
Receiver
-  but Receiver is not listed? 

Unregistering a player from a MySB account is simply selecting DELETE
PLAYER from the www.MySqueezeBox.com web UI
MySB > Players > Receiver > Delete Player

If using the above MySB web UI login and delete procedure does solve
the "your player is registered to another account", then you must
contact support and have them delete the player.  You should provide to
support the player make, model, and MAC address.
