You can install the latest nightly beta of SBS and the Touch will automatically detect the upgrade and update the firmware as well. You get that from http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly.
Or you can download the firmware file only from the link you gave. You want the fab4 file (currently fab4_7.6.0_r9075.bin).
