Thanks Toby, It seemed to work eventually. It allowed me to switch the library back to MySB.com and Last.FM worked fine again.
My Squeezebox does seem to get stressed when I switch between libraries though. I'm sure this happened last time. I'll add in the Home menu item as suggested and see if that helps.
