I have cleaned the cache and rescanned. All looks good. Thanks! I thought I remembered the upgrades in 7.5.1 having to do with iTunes intergration or ALAC files. That wasn't a compelling reason to upgrade to 7.5.1 for me. I haven't had any problems with 7.5.0 (other than the thumbnails, which look to be fixed).
