I suspect this is because you have both "integrate with itunes" and
you've entered a location for the music directory for SbS (as if you
were not doing itunes integration).  I don't use itunes integration, so
just guessing, but try NOT entering any music directory in that setting
and ONLY check the itunes integration setup.  stop and restart SbS
after doing this. Then clear the cache (right click on SbS icon in
tray, select control panel, advanced tab, then click the clean cache
(or clear cache) button. It will just take a second and won't tell you
that its done.  Then in SbS, do a full clear and rescan.
