That "reset" button (the small button on the back left side -- left side as you face the front of the Touch) is what you use to reboot/restart the Touch. If you press and _hold_ the button for ~15 seconds it will do a full factory reset, restoring all settings to the default. But if you simply press and let go it will reboot.
