Hi Gents thanks for your feedback but the mystery continues. I do not seek a higher sample rate than what is native to the CD, the Flac encoder is the standard WINAMP version and as far as I can see you cannot vary the rate, even if there is some way of doing this I am not, therefore all my tracks should be the same rate, so In theory I should either be able to play none, or all ......
