www.albumart.org is a good resource for your artwork. I find it contains
a lot of covers that album art exchange doesn't have. If that fails,
Amazon probably can't help either but a Google Images search can be
very effective.

Not sure I understand that, by tagging in this case I assume you mean
the artwork filename rather than embedded tags. If you only have one
artwork file and several FLACS in the folder, how can they be the same
filename? Or maybe you embed the artwork in a separate MP3 file?
Anyway, I just call the artwork 'folder.jpg' in the same folder as the
FLACs for that album and it's fine.
