Have you read the Sox documentation ? (all part of a beginner learning) ?. It is unusual for an application to delete the input file unless requested - so again it looks like the command you pasted is not the command you entered at the command prompt - it couldbe a subtle difference such as a space or backslash. Can you copy (using Select, cut & paste from command prompt menu) all the command and response from the command prompt window and paste into your reply. > > Also, in the squeezebox filetypes in advanced Settings... > I have Flac set to disabled to do the encoding on my server, -but is > there any changes I should make to the WAV/PCM file settings?- > > at the moment I have this: > WAV - Flac: Sox > MP3: Disabled (greyed out) > PCM : Native > > thanks again. I don't know as I have not tried it. Have you looked at Phil's suggestion as he has it working ? -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=82672 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
