I have a problem that affects my Touch intermittently. I will start to play an Album, the display will show that the file is playing but there is no sound output on either the digital or analog outputs.
Any time this happens it can be remedied by... turning the Touch off turning the Touch back on pressing the back (left arrow) button pressing play 100% of the time this results in normal playback being resumed. I have tried a reset to factory settings and I have the latest full release of the software. Do I have a defective unit? Is there some setting that I'm missing?
