For the Touch you can do a factory reset by pressing the small reset button on the back and holding it for ~15 seconds until the screen says "Restoring factory settings" (or something like that). A factory reset should also take care of the Radio, though I forget how to do that. Isn't it in the Settings > Advanced menu somewhere?
