After asking for help I experimented and went to the BBC. Easy peasy, just copy the URL of the RSS podcast into the link area on MYSQEEZEBOX click add and they are there. On the Touch too. I am so impressed, and with BBC IPlayer you get the HD radio files too!
I just love the way you can control it all from a laptop, with Spotify running you can search research all sorts of links and then stream them.
