First suggestion: turn off your oven so that the files are no longer
being "baked" :)

On a more serious note: the fact that two services, SBS and
"CrashPlan", might be trying to access the same file really shouldn't
be causing the problem since neither service should be doing anything
other than simply reading the file. However if "CrashPlan" is somehow
modifying the files as it copies them then this may be the cause of the
problem. Please check the software to verify whether or not it may be
modifying the files.
