PCM is the data format used in files like .WAV .AIFF and can refer to a number of file types. Although I haven't tried myself the touch is supposed to be able to play 24/96. The Logitech spec page gives a list of file extensions the touch will play. But what ever it is you download you should be able to convert it to something the touch will play fairly easily.
You may want to convert to flac once you've downloaded them so you can add tags, save disk space, network traffic etc as there is no audio quality loss. -- W_J My Setup: QNAP TS109II SB Touch > Naim Nait 5i2 > PMC GB1i SB3 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ W_J's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=35760 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=83156 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
