That's a lot of track, most success stories with TinySB have a smaller
number of tracks. Personally, I'm at 7k :

All my FLAC are compressed at -9 (the max), but they are only CD
quality (44.1/16). From what I read, I believe the FLAC stutter is only
for highly compressed high res tracks (96/24).

Do you really need NTFS ? Compared to FAT32 and ext3, NTFS is not as
well supported under Linux, and the file system structures are more
complex (i.e. require more memory and more CPU). It's probably not the
only culprit, but with such a large number of tracks you need all the
performance you can get.

Other stuff to consider are the file hierarchy and artwork size (see my
earlier post). You may even want to consider no-artwork.
