LOL. Well, I personally prefer tactile buttons for answering, dialing, and other phonecall-related stuff (I like being able to dial a memorized number while driving, without taking my eyes off the road, which is impossible with a touch screen). Other than that, yes. My Desire works well as a mobile phone. Oh, one more thing: It heats up my ear pretty badly. But I like to keep my calls short and/or use a hands-free set anyway. It is nothing like my HTC TyTn which I literally crushed in frustration over its sheer shittyness, vowing not to buy another HTC again in at least ten years.
