Ther is absolutelyno point in ripping CD as 88.2 won't do anything that
the DAC is not alredy doing for you , the DAC chip is most certainly
oversampling and a squeezebox also pads 16 bit to 24 bit .

Do you want use the digital output to something that does not
oversample ?
