I have my touch in the lounge hard wired to my router. My music (300 albums of FLAC)is on a 500g samsung usb drive powered from the touch. I've also got a classic in the kitchen connected by wifi, sometimes when playing the classic it just turns off, when i turn back on it says connecting to the server but it can't. I go through to the lounge to find a message saying something like can't connect to server, i try again and it connects.
Any ideas? am i putting extra strain on the system by using a usb drive that doesn't have it's own power, if that makes sense!
