thanks for that reply.i've done a bit more research and i think i realise my problem is that i can only access the bbc iplayer and radio 3 HD streams via squeezebox server i.e. when my laptop/pc is connected to the internet.i was hoping i would able to stream these without having to have the computer switched on and connected to the internet.
