There can be compatability problems with the server on the qnap if the touch updates its self to a new version. I normally update the server on the QNap to the latest version when ever this happens and that seems to sort things out. (The download can get corrupted, so re-download if it doesn't load on SSOTS on the QNap the first time. Windows can also rename the download so you have to change the file name extension back.)
