There are days I can become quite frustrated with the Squeezebox server. I am trying to get it to start when I turn my computer on. Some days it will, some days it won't. Some days the little icon will be in the system tray other days not and I can't understand the reason for this erratic behaviour. I had assumed that choosing "Automatically run at system start" would do the trick but that seems to have no effect. So I put a shortcut into my All Users / Start Up folder and that works by displaying the Control Panel full screen when the computer is up and running. I can then minimize it and that works but if instead of minimizing I hit OK the Control Panel shuts down completely and, because there is no little icon in the system tray, I have to manually restart the whole thing again. Doubtless this is me rather than the Squeezebox but any guidance will be gratefully received.
