No offense meant, and I'm all for a pleasant forum experience for all, but please don't confuse "attacks" with questions regarding the science/engineering regarding a software or hardware modification. I appreciate all contributions to the forum (even those I disagree with) and with those who try to make the SB experience a good one for users. But asking questions and raising issues is not an attack. With your definition of "attack", most all the research presentations I've seen at academic conferences could be best described as a mugging by a criminal followed by a mugging by the police and then a mugging by the doctors. But of course, questioning is how we learn. Telling me my experiment is flawed is not equivalent to telling me my wife is ugly and kid is stupid. And of course I'm allowed a chance to prove my experiment is not flawed. That's the peer review process. It's not perfect but it has benefits.
