Hello everyone, I have two different questions regarding the Touch.
My first one concerns the alarm. I've noticed that I could set it to ring only on week days, which is absolutely great. However, I've also noted that I couldn't apparently make the alarm ring on the touch's speaker. The sound of the alarm is sent to my speakers, which are unfortunately off during the night. So it seems there is no way to get woken up by the Touch without leaving my speakers on during the night ? (which is unfortunately not a good idea). Or is it ? The second question concerns the database. I'd like to use the Touch integrated server with an external USB hard drive. However, my FLAC collection is quite big. I was wondering if it was possible to build the DB of the collection on hard drive, by using Squeezeserver on my computer, and then plugging the hard drive in the squeezebox without having to re do the scanning ? This also brings me to the question : my external hard drive won't spin down automatically after some time. I have to switch it off manually. My question was : can I do it (switching on/off the hard drive attached to the Touch) without having to rescan it everytime ?
