Usually just to control Boom player - turn unit on/off or pause/play. Touch is sitting on my desk next to PC, used as a controller for my Boom in the same room, on a high shelf. The Touch interface is a bit annoying: - Single scrollable list view (home menu), that is not very customisable. - Touch to play on tracks frequently catches me out. - Often get stuck in a menu, requiring a reboot. - Now Playing screen is a bit annoying, with inconsistencies to my other player UI's (eg. displaying Album Artist name for non-compilation tracks is wrong). So I predominantly use the WebUI, when I'm at the desk. In the lounge on the sofa, I use iPeng. I find Bedroom SB3 with IR remote much more functional, especially as an alarm clock. -- Philip Meyer ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Philip Meyer's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=95 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=85129 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
