Some stations only "broadcast" at 32kbps or 64kbps, so it should be
possible for some. But I wouldn't expect good results with Radio
Paradise's 192k stream.  Also, that 256kbps is presumably the max that
your DSL will deliver -- it may well be less than that depending on the
load in your area at peak times. What you get for internet radio with
SBT should be pretty much the same you get with any computer software
that plays internet radio (iTunes, Winamp, etc), so it's easy enough to
test.
