And I have lots of "ithings" and I still prefer FLAC! Almost anything
other than apple is using a backdoor approach to ALAC. And my ithings
are not good places to keep lossless files anyhow (I don't need
lossless via my earplugs on a plane, my car, etc. And I can't carry
around my 65k plus tracks on any ithing). So I have FLAC for my
lossless library, and I mirror all these to mp3 files to use on
iphones, ipods, etc.
