SBS will understand that cue file, and each track will show up separately in your library, exactly as if the tracks were in separate files. I always rip my CDs exactly this way - one big FLAC image with no embedded tags, and all my tag info stored in the accompanying CUE file.
If you really need to separate the album into individual tracks, there's all sorts of software available.
